Our goal is to provide children with an ideal environment for optimal development. Emotional development is a priority and to that end, we help children build confidence and understand themselves. We encourage children to express their thoughts and feelings, and teach them to manage their impulses. We provide opportunities for intellectual and cognitive development, including language competencies. More advanced intellectual concepts are introduced as the children are ready to meet those challenges.Our fully accredited school, licensed by the State of New Jersey, has operated since 1957. Congregation Agudath Israel Early Childhood Center has earned a well-deserved reputation as one of the finest schools in the West Essex area. A wide array of activities, Jewish holiday celebrations, and parent education programs are offered. We have nearly 150 students each year, and expect that number to continue to grow with our newly launched Extended Day Option.Our Extended Day will provide families with the flexibility they need to provide their children with an enriching Jewish education, while able to accommodate their busy schedules.
