MEMBERSHIP SCHEDULE OF FEES

MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES
All levels of membership (except Affiliate) include High Holy Day tickets (for adults and children through age 26)
If you can, would you consider voluntarily raising your annual dues commitment? Simply indicate that on your statement and we will bill you accordingly.

III. YOUNG FAMILY MEMBERSHIP (Primary wage earner is under 40 OR oldest child is in preK-2nd grades)Please note that Young Family Membership is for a maximum of 3 years. ADDITIONAL FEES AND INFORMATION
All levels of membership (except Affiliate) are subject to a Security Fee, Technology Fee, and a Building Maintenance Pledge. Credit will be issued for building maintenance payment at another synagogue upon verification. Membership dues and all other additional and voluntary fees are 100% tax-deductible.
A. SECURITY FEE $ 190 per family
B. TEEN ACTIVITIES FEE $ 75 per family for all 8th-12th graders
C. BUILDING MAINTENANCE $3000 payable over 5 years ($600 per year)
D. TECHNOLOGY/STREAMING FEE $ 105 per family
Below is a listing of VOLUNTARY PAYMENTS with an explanation of each item. If you wish to participate and contribute to these causes, all you need to do is pay the amount listed during the fiscal year. If you do not wish to participate, just draw a line through the one(s) you do not want and write the word DELETE in the Paid Column of your Statement and return this portion to the synagogue office.
A. SISTERHOOD DUES $ 36
B. MEN’S CLUB DUES $ 36
C. GOLDA OCH ACADEMY $ 5 (Contribution to Golda Och Academy: A Solomon Schechter Day School)
D. FRIENDS OF THE SEMINARY $ 36 (Provides scholarship aid to Rabbinical, Cantorial and Education students who attend the Jewish Theological Seminary)
Special financial arrangements and payment plans are available upon request and approval of Membership and the Finance Committee.
If you are not on automatic payments, 50% of current dues and all old balances are due and payable by August 15, 2023 in order to receive High Holy Day tickets. Balance of dues is payable by December 31, 2023. Payment plans must be renewed each year.
PAYMENT GUIDELINES
In order to receive your High Holy Day tickets, at least 50% of your membership dues must be paid by August 15, 2023, with the balance paid by December 31, 2023, unless a payment plan is established by August 15, 2023. Payment plans must be renewed each year. E-checks, personal checks, or credit cards may be used to pay your dues; see options below.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
- • Pay 2023-24 dues in full before August 15, 2023
- • Pay 50% of 2023-24 dues before August 15, 2023 and 50% by December 31, 2023
- • Set up a payment plan for 2023-24 dues on www.agudath.org, and pay in installments of your choosing. (See notes about payment plans below.)
If you choose the option of paying dues and/or tuition with a credit card, a convenience fee of 3% will be charged with each payment. If you choose to pay by e-check or personal check, you will not be charged this fee.
Payment Plan Notes
- Payment plants do NOT automatically renew. A new plan must be established for the 2023-24 fiscal year.
- If a payment plan for ECC or Religious School tuition has already been set up for 2023-24, that payment plan did NOT include payments for 2023-24 dues; a separate or new payment plan for both will need to be established.
HOW TO SET UP A PAYMENT PLAN
- Go to www.agudath.org and log into your account by clicking the gray box in the top right-hand corner that says, “My CAI.” Once logged in successfully, the gray box will say, “Welcome [Name].” (If you forgot or do not know your password, simply click “Forgot Password” and you will be emailed a link to set up a new password).
- From the “My Account” dropdown menu, click “Pay My Bill.” You will see your current charges reflected.
- Under “Pay this amount,” you can choose to pay “Once Now,” “Once Later,” or select the number of payment installments you’d prefer. Then click “Continue to Payment.”
- On the payment screen, you can then enter the e-check or credit card information you’d like to use.
- If you would like to combine monthly payments for ECC and/or RS tuition with dues, please contact the Main Office to make these arrangements. You will not be able to set this up on your own.
