Early Childhood center Staff






 

Geula Zamist, our Early Childhood Center Director joined CAI in August 2012. She has a BA from Baruch College and a Masters degree in Early Childhood Education from Teachers College at Columbia University.  Before coming to Agudath Israel, Geula worked as the ECC Director at the Westchester Jewish Center and the ECC Director at Ramaz.

Geula is passionate about early childhood education and has been called on to consult for a number of different Jewish institutions around the world. She enjoys getting to know families and working with teachers.

Geula is proud of all of her children and their many accomplishments and is most honored to carry the title Savta, Grandmother.

Lori Weinberg, our Administrative Coordinator of the Education Department, is a lifelong member of Congregation Agudath Israel.  An alumna of the ECC and RS, Lori has been involved in numerous areas of synagogue life over the years.  Currently, Lori oversees the ECC Extended Day Program as well as coordinating various administrative responsibilities in the Education department.  Lori and her husband, Marlon, live in West Caldwell with their elementary school aged daughters Jolie and Haddie.

Jessica Pablo, our  ECC Administrative Assistant is from Livingston and has been working in early childhood for the past 6 years – she enjoys being a part of CAI!

Stacey Gold, our Summer Camp Director, received her BA from University of Wisconsin-Madison and  masters in Education from the University of Pennsylvania. Stacey taught first grade in public schools in Pennsylvania and in New Jersey for a number of years. In addition to her role as camp director, Stacy has taught at the ECC and currently leads Girls in Action, a leadership group for middle and high school girls. Stacey and her husband, Michael, joined CAi in 2006. They have two children, Daniel and Sophie, who have attended the ECC and Religious School at CAI.
