In this class boys and girls will not only stretch and strengthen their bodies, but their imaginations and senses, too. Through a combination of animated poses, music, games, storytelling and more, children will be engaged in a fun yoga practice and be encouraged to find their inner peace.  The benefits of yoga (just to name a few): builds self-esteem, promotes creativity and imagination, encourages teamwork, builds coordination, balance and breathing awareness, increases strength and flexibility, teaches relaxation techniques, instills confidence with new challenges and experiences, teaches techniques to increase focus and attention, and provides a fun and great way to release energy!!
