School Supplies Collection and Packing

Nothing builds the excitement for heading back to school like having a backpack full of brand-new supplies! Here’s an opportunity for your family to ensure that area children in need can have that same experience and start off the year right!

Join our NextGen and young families community as we sort and pack school supplies to benefit children and families in need via local food pantries throughout Greater MetroWest. This is a great activity for parents and children together! Appropriate for families with children entering Pre-K – grade 5; siblings welcome! Donations are appreciated.

Please bring donations of the following new and unused items:
• Lightweight draw-string backpacks
• Pencils
• Composition notebooks
• Pocket folders
• Crayons
• Colored pencils
• Highlighters
• Glue sticks
• Index cards

Federation Policy: Attendees of in-person events and programs must be fully vaccinated, including booster for adults (18+) and 2 doses for children ages 5-17, and be able to provide proof of vaccination. Masks are optional. If you are not feeling well, please refrain from attending. Children under the age of 5 are not required to be vaccinated.
