Travel to New York’s scenic Hudson Valley and savor the delicious cuisine from tomorrow’s executive chefs at the Culinary Institute of America. Enjoy lunch in CIA’s Ristorante Caterina de’ Medici with its truly authentic regional Italian cuisine. Transport to Italy in this sophisticated dining room with its Venetian chandeliers and brass sculptures overlooking a stunning herb and rose garden, and the Hudson River.

After lunch, free time to explore the Culinary Institute gift shop and bakery before we embark on a tour of the institute campus with a student guide.

8:45 am Bus departs West Orange JCC; 9:15 am Bus departs Whippany JCC
6:00 pm Bus returns (approx.)
