"Nourishing our Souls" Vegetarian Cookbook Order Form

Nourishing Our Souls is a new collection of 100 recipes brought to you by CAI’s Environmental and Interfaith Committees. Our mission is to help save the Earth, increase connections among diverse communities, and ameliorate food insecurity — in a delicious way. Introductions written by Rabbi Ari Lucas, Sister Honora Werner, and Hakan Yesilova share the background of vegetarianism from Jewish, Christian, and Muslim perspectives.

The recipes, contributed by congregants and members of the interfaith community, include appetizers, soups, salads, entrees, sides, beverages, desserts, baked goods, and holiday dishes.

All orders include a comb-bound cookbook and an electronic (recipes only) version and a bookplate for gift-giving.

The cost is $18 per book; orders can be picked up from CAI in Caldwell or shipped for an additional $4 per book. All net proceeds will be donated to local food banks via the congregation's Social Action Committee.
