Aryn Garland is the co-owner of the friendly local game store, One More Game. Born in the late 1900's, Aryn has always been fascinated with games. Intrigued by how a collection of rules can create a story through play and strategy, Aryn studied Game Development in college. While their focus was on video games, after graduating and seeing the state of the video game industry, not wanting to be an unappreciated cog in a machine, they decided to forgo video game development. For a while they drifted with no known direction in life. At one point they pursued voice acting, which at first seemed to be the path forward. Then COVID happened. Chaos ensued. Once the dust settled, the path to voice acting was unrecognizable. Again they found themselves drifting. During that time Aryn rediscovered their love of board games. Not only that, they realized the awesome bonding power board games can provide to those around the table. Aryn created One More Game in hopes of giving those in their community the tools to create their own bonding experiences at their tables. Shortly thereafter One More Game had a meeting at Congregation Agudath Israel where Aryn was asked if they'd like to host a guided play session with the kids once a month on Saturday mornings. Aryn accepted.
